These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Onsitify (“Onsitify”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Onsitify.
Onsitify is a decision-support tool designed to help teams compare potential locations for in-person meetings or offsites based on estimated travel and accommodation costs.
Onsitify does not provide booking services and does not sell flights, accommodation, or travel packages.

Onsitify uses a combination of live flight search data and estimated accommodation costs to rank locations by total estimated cost.
Results are provided for comparison and planning purposes only.
Some features of Onsitify are available for free. These include:
Certain features require a one-time payment per offsite (“unlocking”). Unlocking an offsite grants access to additional features such as:
Pricing and included features are displayed clearly before payment.
For offsites that are not unlocked:
Once these limits are reached, users may create a new offsite later or unlock an existing offsite to continue.
These limits are designed to support realistic offsite planning while preventing misuse of the service.
We reserve the right to adjust fair usage limits if necessary to protect system stability.
Unlocking an offsite is a one-time payment per event.
Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, as unlocking provides immediate access to digital features and calculations.
All prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Flight prices are retrieved from live flight search data and reflect availability and pricing at the time of the search. Prices may change at any time.
Accommodation costs are estimates based on average market rates by city, country, or region. They are intended for relative comparison only and do not represent actual booking prices.
Onsitify does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any pricing data.

All content, calculations, code, branding, and design elements provided by Onsitify are owned by us or licensed to us.
You may use Onsitify for internal planning purposes only. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service or its outputs commercially without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted under EU law:
Your use of Onsitify is at your own risk.
We aim to keep Onsitify available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Onsitify after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the laws of Slovakia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovakia.
