Quick answers about how Onsitify works, pricing, and what’s included.
Onsitify helps you choose the most cost-effective city for your team offsite. You enter your team members and where they’re based, pick a few candidate cities, and Onsitify compares total travel and accommodation costs. In seconds, you see which location is cheapest — and by how much.
For each candidate city, Onsitify finds nearby airports for your team members, looks up flight prices for your selected dates, adds estimated accommodation costs, and then ranks all cities by total cost. The goal isn’t perfect accounting — it’s fast, fair comparison.
You can create an offsite, add team members and candidate cities (up to 60 combinations of origin and destination airports), run the calculation, and see which city is the cheapest along with the total estimated cost. This is enough to quickly validate whether an idea makes sense.
Unlocking an offsite is a one-time payment per event (€11.99 + VAT). Once unlocked, you get the full cost breakdown per team member, can edit inputs and recalculate for up to 30 times, export results to PDF, and explore the interactive map with flight details. You can also add more team members and candidate cities (up to 120 combinations of origin and destination airports).
Most teams only plan offsites once or twice a year. A one-time unlock keeps pricing simple and fair — you only pay when you’re actually planning an event.
We use live flight search data to retrieve real fares for your routes and dates. Prices reflect availability at the time of the search and may change later, just like on any flight booking site.
Accommodation costs are estimates based on average mid-range hotel prices for each city (or country/region when city data isn’t available). They’re designed to compare locations fairly, not to replace final booking prices.
Yes. For free, you can create a new offsite with different inputs. After unlocking an offsite, you can edit that same event — dates, people, or locations — and recalculate as often as you want at no extra cost.
No. Onsitify is a decision-making tool. It helps you choose *where* to meet, not *where to book*. Once you’ve picked the best city, you can book flights and hotels using your usual tools.
Onsitify is built for team leads, founders, people ops, and anyone responsible for planning in-person team events — especially for distributed or remote teams.
If we don’t have a city-level estimate, we automatically fall back to country or region averages. This ensures you always get a result, even for less common locations.
